Import.

Tell us your provider, mailbox count and approximate storage. We agree the scope and any fee before work begins.

1. Prepare destination mailboxes and storage.
2. Connect the old provider securely and copy mail.
3. Review results, switch DNS, then sync remaining messages.

Keep the old service until you have checked the copy. Contacts and calendars may require separate imports. Never put passwords in a request.

Change.

Keep the same account and addresses. Request more domains, capacity or storage, or a different bundle.

We reconcile the target resources with your existing setup and confirm the new total and effective date. Leaving a bundle removes its discount. Usage counters and consent records stay in place.

Storage cannot be reduced below the mail you keep. A request itself does not change or delete resources.

Transfer.

Move the whole account, or request a move of selected resources to another Kwiller account. A domain and its dependent addresses need to move together.

The current owner must authorize the move and the recipient must accept it. Capacity, billing and credentials are reviewed first. Sending history and suppression records cannot be reset by a transfer.
