A working mailbox needs a connected domain. You can buy mailbox capacity now and add a domain later. Already have a domain on your account? Add mailbox capacity without purchasing another domain.
Ordinary sending
Approved mailboxes allow up to 100 recipient sends per rolling hour and 3,000 per billing month. Each To, Cc and Bcc recipient counts. Automated and campaign delivery need separately activated sending services.
What’s included.
Does each mailbox get 10GB?
No. Your account has one 10GB pool. You choose the allocation for each mailbox. Add more shared storage when you need it.
Can every mailbox use either of my domains?
Yes. When you create a mailbox, choose one of your connected account domains. Mailbox capacity is not tied to a particular domain purchase. Renaming or transferring an existing address requires a reviewed change.
Do I need a new account for another domain?
No. Buy additional capacity in the same account, then connect the domain and create your addresses. Each domain includes 20 aliases.
When does billing start?
Billing starts with the completed purchase, even while capacity is unconfigured. Existing account additions show any remaining-period charge before payment. No annual commitment or introductory price applies.
Can I remove resources or move existing mail?
Request removal, a downgrade, an import or ownership transfer from My Account. We confirm the effect on your data, subscription and timing before applying it. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the paid period.
